Online payments: Stripe's standard processing fees, plus 0.5% per card payment (at most $25). No BrickByClick fee on bank payments. The money goes to your own Stripe account.

Texting turns on once your business number is registered with the phone carriers, which we handle during setup. Estimates, invoices, follow-ups and review requests go out by email.

Which plan should I start with?

If your phone already rings enough and you need every call answered, the job run and the money collected, start with Front Office. If you want more calls coming in, Growth adds local SEO, your Google Business Profile and monthly content. Total Growth is for busier businesses that want 1,000 AI minutes, unlimited website pages and a dedicated account manager.

What do the AI receptionist minutes mean?

Minutes are the time your AI receptionist spends on calls. Front Office and Growth include 500 a month, Total Growth includes 1,000.

I already have a website. Which plan do I need?

Any of them. The AI receptionist, the CRM and payments work with any website. Connect it in the CRM: one line counts its visits, and a contact form sends its messages straight to your Contacts. Each of these plans also includes a website we build and host, if you want one.

Is there a plan I can set up myself?

Yes: Starter, $99 a month. It's the CRM (contacts, the Job tracker, estimates, invoices and card payments, an online booking page, the crew app, job costing and the monthly business report) with a free website on a brickbyclick address that you edit yourself, and you sign up, pay and set it up yourself at crm.brickbyclick.ai/start in about 10 minutes. Can I change plans later?

Every plan is month to month with no setup fees, so you're never locked in. Tell us and we'll move you to the plan that fits.

When does texting start?

Once your business number is registered with the phone carriers. We handle the registration during setup; it takes anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the carriers.
