Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month, with no setup fees. Cancel any time.
How long until it's running?
About two weeks. We set up your receptionist with your hours, services and prices, set up the CRM for how your business works, and walk you and your crew through it.
What does it cost to take payments?
Stripe's standard processing fees, plus a BrickByClick fee of 0.5% per card payment, at most $25 a payment. No BrickByClick fee on bank payments. The money goes straight into your own Stripe account and out to your bank on Stripe's normal schedule.
Can I keep my current website?
Yes. The receptionist, the CRM and payments work with any website. A new website is included in every plan if you want one.
Will my crew actually use it?
They get one screen: My day. Their visits, directions, the work order and a Get paid button. If they can use a text message, they can use this.
Does it text my customers?
Not yet. Text messaging is waiting on carrier approval and is coming soon. Until then, confirmations, follow-ups and review requests go out by email, and your receptionist handles calls.
What kinds of businesses is it for?

Can I get my data out?
