Add-on
Custom automation
When there's a workflow your plan doesn't cover, we build it for you, around how you already work. Tell us the process: what starts it, who's involved, where it breaks down. We scope it, build it, test it with you and, if you want, keep it running. It's an add-on, priced by the project.
- From $500 a workflow
- Nothing to pay until you agree to the scope
Pricing
Custom doesn't mean mystery pricing. Every build starts with a scope and a price, and you don't pay anything until you agree to it.
One automation
Single workflow
- One workflow, designed and built for you
- Delivered in 1–2 weeks
- 30 days of adjustments
- Optional management: $99 a month
Multi-workflow build
Full system
- 3–5 connected workflows
- CRM and pipeline setup
- Delivered in 2–3 weeks
- Optional management: $199 a month
Ongoing
Managed automation
- All your workflows monitored 24/7
- Unlimited adjustments
- New workflow builds at 50% off
- A performance report every month
Prices in US dollars. The “+” means the final price depends on the scope. You get the price before you pay anything.
Custom automation is an add-on, separate from the monthly plans.
How a project works
You describe it. We build it. No software for you to learn and nothing to maintain.
-
01 · A call
Walk us through the process
What starts it, who's involved, which tools you use, and where it breaks down today. We map the workflow with you and pick what to automate first.
-
02 · Before you pay
You get a scope and a price
What it will do, what it won't, how long it takes and what it costs. Nothing to pay until you agree to it.
-
03 · 1–3 weeks
We build it, you test it
A single workflow takes 1–2 weeks, a full system 2–3. You try it on your real work, and we adjust it until it's right.
-
04 · After launch
It runs
No upkeep from you. With management, we watch it, handle updates and change it as your business changes. Without it, you still get 30 days of adjustments on a single workflow.
The kind of thing we build
Examples for local service businesses, not a menu: every build is scoped with you. If you can describe the steps, we can usually automate them.
Leads from other inboxes
Lead emails from a quote site or a directory, added to your pipeline as new leads instead of sitting in an inbox.
Seasonal reminders
Spring and fall tune-ups, gutter cleaning before winter: an email to the right customers at the right time of year.
Supplier orders
When a customer accepts an estimate, the materials list goes to your supplier by email, ready to order.
A sheet for your bookkeeper
Every Monday, last week's paid invoices and recorded payments in a spreadsheet, emailed to whoever does your books.
Permit and inspection checklists
When a job moves into a stage like Permit Phase, the office gets the checklist and a reminder to follow up.
Subcontractor paperwork
Before a new sub's first job, an email asking for their insurance certificate and tax form, with reminders until it's in.
What we build with
- Email sequences
- Calendar booking
- Documents filled in from your data
- Stripe payments
- Reports on a schedule
- Tasks routed to the right person
- If-this-then-that rules
- Connections to software you already use
- AI voice and chat
Text messaging, waiting on carrier approval. Until then, automations work by email, in your CRM and through your AI receptionist.
What we need from you
- The process as it runs today, step by step
- Who's involved, and who should be told what
- The tools and software you use for it now
- Examples of the emails, forms or documents you send today
- Roughly how often it happens and how long it takes
- What “done right” looks like to you
